After years of playing basketball competitively left his body in disarray, Patrick turned to yoga as a means of rehabilitation, but found a tool for exploring how our physiology affects our psychology (and vice versa). He is endlessly fascinated with how the nuances of breath, alignment and movement affect our well-being, and often wonders if the distinction between mind and body is even necessary. In his teaching, he draws on tools and techniques from various lineages to facilitate a practice that creates a sense of balance, spaciousness, and clarity.
